We stayed 3 nights and loved it. Easy to walk all over Dawson from here. Tracy was a great host. We loved their home made bread.

This place is very nice, and the owners are very nice. The only reason I am giving it four stars is because they changed how they offered breakfast. They used to do a full cooked meal in their home offering excellent food and conversation. Now they offer all you can eat continental breakfast at the hotel next door. If I had never been to the old system, I would give it five stars, but I did, so was disappointed in the change. I will probably change my review in the future, but for now, will leave it like this so others are not surprised.

LOVELY PLACE! The room was large and clean. The bed was comfy enough for us. There are lots of windows and places to sit and relax. The common rooms are warm and inviting and the shared bathroom was also very clean and stocked with basic amenities. The owners Tracey and Steve were GREAT! They are very sweet and personable, along with their lovely daughter who came along with us for the ride to and from the airport. All in all, we had a wonderful stay. I'm only giving a 4 instead of a 5 because there is always room for improvement. If I could give a 4.5 I would. We cannot wait to visit again!

The place was very clean and new. It was just the little things that made me not give it a better mark. Pillows weren't great, towels felt rough, no table or dresser in the room. Overall a good stay but expected a little more for the money
