We had a great experience. Clean hotel and friendly staff. The room had everything we could have possibly needed (microwave, fridge, iron, etc for the king bed unit). Heater was also working and didn't smell, thank goodness! Breakfast was also available, with cereal, oatmeal, and honey buns with coffee and juice as the options. The location was perfect for us: A mile away from chain stores when we needed to grab a few items before we left to Crater Lake. The price is absolutely affordable and amazing given the cleanliness. We arrived at 1:30 a.m. and the woman at the front counter woke up to service us and provide our room, and since we had driven from Redwoods National Park, we were exhausted and grateful she let us check in at such an hour. Definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Yes the rooms are a little small, but I would say their cozy. Located close to downtown, easy walking to stores an businesses. Friendly staff. I will stay there again when I'm in that town.

I needed a place to sleep for a night while in Klamath Falls. Didn't need bells and whistles, just a clean and safe place. Base on other reviews, this place fit the bill. Online prices were about $60.00 - $70.00, but I was charged $85.00 + taxes = $93.00. Still not bad. A typical motel - a long building, staircase up, lots of rooms. The room was ok. It could use a deep cleaning, but it was sufficiently clean. The beds were comfortable. A fridge, microwave, coffee-maker, TV. The breakfast was very limited, but i didn't really expected much more for the price. A very nice young man checked us in. Nothing fancy, but a clean, safe place to sleep.

It was okay. Friendly staff. The only compare is the train tracks. If you can sleep through that then this is a perfect place.

This is a cheap, older motel. The beds are comfy and the shower was great. It's right next to a brewery, which is a plus. The breakfast was pretty poor. The only thing hot is toast. For the price, it's a good choice.
