Zero stars if I could! Horrible service. Staff barely speaks English (and I didn't mean that in a racist way! ) and maids don't even come to room or offer service! Transients all over and trying to walk into peoples rooms. First night I was there some drunk or high guy came by and was knocking on a door a few down from me. When he didn't get an answer he walked over to me and asked if I had a cigarette. I told him I don't smoke. I was out by my car grabbing my stuff. My mom and daughter were in the room and the door was not shut tight. The guy then went to my hotel room door and pushed it open scaring my family and asking them if they had a cigarette.
I yelled at the guy and told him to go away. Seems like people know they can come here for drugs or free rooms from staff. Who knows. Multiple random people coming and going from certain rooms. Fighting and scary looking people. Non smoking rooms REAK like old cigarette smoke, indoor pool not open, bathrooms filthy, walls and mini frigde and bedspreads filthy! bad disrepair! DON'T STAY HERE!! BIG RIPOFF!!
