Wow! The food, view, and service are some of the best I have ever had. Not to mention tasty wine! Sitting on the patio, enjoying some sips and the phenomenal farm to table food that the chef has so carefully created is definitely an experience I recommend.

Small portions at lunch but delicious and the staff were excellent and knowledgeable.

Awesome tasting area and the artwork and views were stunning. Having interesting artwork was a real bonus. It was fascinating and added a lot to the experience. My family drinks good wines and has done so for years, so the type of grape and whether it is dry or sweet is nice to know. That art, however, was new and curiosity-inducing.

This was our first visit to Liquidity. It felt like we were living an episode out of Chef's Table. We went in with high expectations after hearing about the new chef. Service, presentation, and quality standards all exceeded what we were expecting. Chef Matt even brought some of the dishes out to us. It was a real adventure of texture, flavour, and aroma. Our server Christie was lovely and had an in-depth knowledge of the menu. Fantastic wines as well. We will be back!

My husband and I went here for a much needed date night and rather than leaving thinking "loved the company, but wish we hadn't paid for that" as can frustratingly be the case, we left thoroughly impressed and very happy to have finally had the chance to try Liquidity Bistro. We both tried the tasting menu. The plating, the balance and creativity in flavours, the ingredients - all have certainly come from a team that is passionate and curious about food. 5 stars if we'd had a small printed menu to refer to throughout the meal (so many interesting details to remember!) and new cutlery throughout (there's a time and a place for keeping table service simple...the dishes were too good to be digging into with remnants of the previous dish still clinging to your fork/spoon).
