Stopped on our way from Portland to Klamath Falls (week long stay for wine tasting). Scheduled a “private tasting “ & it exceeded our expectations! We were in the Library room & our guide/server was great. Tasting included several off menu items & was accompanied by I nice plate of meats, cheeses, bread & crackers. Tasted the wide range of wines they produced & learned a lot about the winery & their history. I would highly recommend this place to any wine enthusiast!

Some really quality wines in a beautiful setting. The location and the views are truly exceptional. The tasting room is very modern and welcoming. It’s a must see.

Wine may be good but DONT EVER work for the owners of this place! They treat their independent contractors like DIRT. We worked our tales off for these people for about a year and are a very honorable, friendly and quality service of 25 years with EXCELLENT references in and around the area and had never been treated so badly by anyone. They do not appreciate your hard work, treat you like your LOWER than thee as a human being and take advantage of you along with paying PENNIES & not wanting to pay what you are worth. Our last day working here I left this place in TEARS after being treated terrible! Absolutely the WORST clients to work for in Douglas county! Independent contractors BEWARE! And to respond back to the owner Hilda... YES we have the correct winery... we worked for you for over a YEAR and my last name O’Bryant will be in your files as an independent contractor. I have since been married. My former partner and I will NEVER forget the experience we had at ABACELA winery located in Winston Oregon. We have several happy large commercial clients in Douglas county that are very happy with our services and treated us with the professionalism and respect that everyone deserves. Our experience working for this place was QUITE different.
