I have nothing but the best things to say about this place. Customer service is always fantastic, and the people there truly make it feel like you are like family. I was a bit hesitant about buying 31 bottles of the same wine, but then went in on it with a few friends. Each of us got a different wine so we could do a wine swap. Turned out great! Anita (the owner) is fantastic and truly knows her wine. Highly recommend.

I've been a customer here for almost 10 years and I've always enjoyed coming here and making my wine! The people are always so friendly and very knowledgeable and have become like a second family to me and mine. I've recommended them countless times and everyone says the same, that its a very positive and fun experience every time you visit! Thank you to the staff for everything so far and many more times to come :)

An addition to our first review now: This business is leading the way in terms of recycling, reusing and environmental friendliness! It's always a pleasure to come in and find new products and practices! But the friendliness and service is always consistent and memorable. Keep it up! First review: Anita - and, in the past, Ed - exemplifies knowledge sharing, customer care and corporate social responsibility. Of course The Fermented Grape deserves recognition and patronage. Congratulations on continuing success!

This place is absolutely amazing! We've been coming here for years to bottle wine and we're never disappointed. The wine is always delicious, cost effective and it's really super easy to do. Naturally it was a no brainer to bottle our own wine for our wedding and it turned out perfectly as usual. A great way to save money if you're doing an open bar like we did! Anita is always so accommodating and lovely to hangout with while you bottle too 😊 we recommend the fermented grape to anyone who will listen!
