Great selection of products and staff who are upfront and honest about pricing, availability and feature sets. They were very flexible in accommodating my roaming delivery date, which were due to circumstances beyond my control (multiple delays from condo developer). The delivery driver for the order was among the best I've dealt with.. professional, courteous, experienced and skilled. He came on time and with the right tools for the job, including protective coverings for our floors. As for the product itself, we are very pleased with the Vinopro single-temperature unit that we'd settled on. The front vents make for easy placement and the all-glass door makes for a sleek and understated look, which is exactly what we were looking for. The compressor operation is very quiet and the unit keeps very steady temperature with few fluctuations.

Minor hiccup with order being placed but well resolved and very happy with the end product.

Blue Grouse is a great company. Adrienne Gavard is a pleasure to deal with and can quickly work out any questions that you may have.
