Super chill and fun! The resident dog Lenny is super friendly and adds to the experience. I'm not a wine drinker, but I enjoyed my time here. It's a place I'd love to go everytime I come back, just to see how they've grown. Highly recommend this place is you're looking to just have some fun with your family/friends.

I came to Hatch with Experience Wine Tours and I think by far this was my favourite winery. The wine's themselves were great (I prefer Reds, but their new "house wine" that is a white was really good! - I couldn't resist but leaving with one bottle of white and a few reds). I really digged the vibe of the Hatch and it's definitely a group of people that want to do things differently outside the norm which I loved. It's a different feel from the other wineries but you can definitely tell they love what they do and like being different. I think what would really add to this place is being able to see the view from behind the Hatch building, there might be a way to look behind (is there a path?) but maybe I missed it?

Extremely rude and disrespectful staff working here. I can see by the other bad reviews this is something that they have been lacking for a while. By the owners responses to those bad reviews it also seems to be something they don't intend on changing. So, if you're looking for rude and uninformed staff, check out the Hatch! To the owners response: Our group largely consisted of people who work in the industry, myself included. I have never in my life have gone up to group without a reservation and said "where you're standing is annoying.". If in fact where the customers are standing IS annoying me, I would politely ask them to wait somewhere else. Here is an example " hey guys! As you can see very very busy right now. We would like to help you guys as soon as we can but in the meantime would you mind waiting over here" Or " hey guys! Unfortunately for group your size we do ask that you have reservations. We might not be able to get to you today but we would highly recommend that you come back on another day with the reservation! Thank you for taking your time to come out and check us out. I'm very sorry that we couldn't get to you today" I suggest you consider these responses next time someone is interested in your winery and you're busy. You may not get a 1 star review that way 😊 I would also like to point out where we are standing was also where you have items for sale. I apologize for being interested in these items. Next time I won't be so foolish to be annoyingly standing near your items for sale.

Busy winery, “trendy” place with a loud fun vibe. Cool for a bar or house party but not practical for wine tasting. Took a while to get a servers attention, they seemed to be busy enjoying themselves. Nothing wrong with that, just depends on what experience you’re looking for while wine tasting. With the wine being just ok, It wasn’t the one we were looking for.

Myself and some girl friends went to visit Hatch over the long weekend. We we're in town for my stag weekend, tasting amazing Okanogan wines. I was so excited to stop at Hatch, as I've followed them on social media, and thought the vibe of their winery would be so neat to visit. Unfortunately we had a rough go from the moment we pulled in. We we're rushed and talked down to by staff when we arrive (sorry, we weren't hipsters coming to enjoy the wine...) And we're rudely told to sit at the picnic table outside, and someone will be with us. Brushed it off as it was the long weekend, but not overly crowded or busy. We waited about 20 minutes in the sun to have a server come and rush through the details of the wine he was pouring. No eye contact, talking to others while the attention and service should have been on us, then disappeared before any of us could ask questions about the wine. Which, I have no idea the name of, as that was neglected. He never returned and we eventually got up and left after the first pour. Hugely disappointed in the whole experience... Sadly, that impression was the only one I needed and will not be returning. Train professional staff on customer service.
