Just stopped into the restaurant for a cup of coffee for our designated driver. Was refused seating as they were "getting ready for dinner sitting" it wasn't even 4:00 pm yet. Offered coffee to go. No thank you. Just want a seat and a nice cup of coffee to make our special person feel special. Won't be back with that type of service

I truly enjoyed wine-tasting experience a week ago. Their wines have well-rounded personality that would meet everybody's taste. My favorite is Gewurztraminer.

The food was amazing. Paired with one of their wines and I was in heaven. We sat outside and some deers fed and relaxed right below us. The kids meals were amazing too. Real chicken tenders and fries with homemade ketchup!

Bought a $25 bottle of Merlot that was off (tasted sour). I called the winery & gave them the details from the bottle & also sent the receptionist a picture of my receipt & the bottle. She called me back a couple of days later & said she checked with management & the rep in the region (Richmond BC), & was told they couldn't do anything about it & that I would have to deal with the Liquor Store I purchased the bottle. I explained that I live in Ontario & was no longer in BC but Tinhorn refused to refund me for the bottle or at least offer a replacement. It was a $24 bottle, if I was trying to rip them off I would have picked a much more expensive wine. Furthermore, they could see from my receipt that I had purchased other items and spent a lot more than $24. Anyway, bad customer service & no accountability on Tinhorn Creeks part. Lots of great wine choices out there to bother with a company that doesn't value their customers.

Was just here with a party of 8 People. When we arrived they had us in a beautiful private tasting room with Sommelier Zola, she went over and above to make sure we ALL enjoyed it including an expecting guest also had something to sip on. We purchased some wine to enjoy outside with the food we had brought along. She continued to serve us outside and make sure we were taken care of. Tinhorn creek was the highlight of the entire day top to bottom amazing !!
