A worthy stop in Similkameen Valley for great wine, interesting wild-fermentation styles, and friendly pours. Tastings are free and they take donations for the SPCA.

One of the Similkameen's premier wineries! Amazing wine and amazing staff.

One of the more attractive and smaller wineries in all of the OK. They make a decent chardonnay. Definitely worth a visit on the way and even worth a diversion.

A fan of old world wine culture as well as BC wines,, I have to admit I am sometimes suckered in by old traditional looking labels which is what originally caused Orofino to catch my attention as I browsed through the incredible selection at the Okanagan wine centre in Penticton. I picked up a bottle of their Pino Noir 2013. I waited until Christmas of 2016 to open it up and found it to be the best Pino I've ever tasted, and quite frankly one of the best red wines I have ever tasted. Very easy and smooth and yet such a nice and fully flavorful wine. Superb actually. Now I can't wait to go and visit their winery in 2017.
