This winery is so pretty! Such a beautiful tasting room. And the wines are all very refreshing and unique. Their Rose is wonderful because it isn’t your typical sweet Rose. It has wonderful fruit notes but stays very balanced. I wasn’t able to eat at Picnique unfortunately but definitely will try to next time because the plates looked so beautiful and delicious!

What a delightful place! We were greeted at the door by Dave, who wound up being very helpful throughout our visit, from orienting us to the outdoor tasting and picnic area to wiping down our patio chairs and ensuring our seats weren't taken while we were up at the tasting. The food was excellent, we had the marinated cheese, chorizo and the tuna plates which were all amazing! The garden setting was idyllic and I wish we had been able to stay long enough to play a game of bocce after our meal. Oh yeah, and the wine is very, very good as well and they even had a beer on tap brewed in collaboration with Yellow Dog! I will absolutely be back again this summer

We spent a while here chatting with staff and enjoying the view. The new tasting room is beautiful, the chicken coop and bees were a great touch and the staff was all lovely. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but it looked nice. There were nice bike racks and a very welcome crew at the shop. The tasting fee is a bit high but we purchased a couple bottles of wine so it wasn’t an issue. I’ve been a fan of Joie wines for a while and our experience at the winery cemented what I’ve loved - a playful, flavourful unique wines.

The noble blend really struck me to start! Give it a try. It also has a fantastic lunch spot!
