I don't know what is the equivalent for a Michelin star in Canada..but this place has to be up there. A colleague of ours took us here and raved about it going in...and the quality of food and service well exceeded our expectations. Family-owned and operated, fresh, locally sourced, creative pairings and flavours that you've never thought of...or refreshing takes on classics. Definitely on the higher-end in terms of price, but compared to the quality of food, I see it as a value in that light. If you're in town and want a quality meal, make this the first/only restaurant that you go to. Great place for a date or with your friends and family; I will definitely be coming back next time I'm in town.

Delicious, local, seasonal food. Quiet enough for our bookclub to chat over a special holiday dinner. We all cleaned our plates- so yummy!
