I was able to get a reservation for 4 people with only an hour and a half's notice. The reservation times ensure you get the best tasting experience with time devoted to explanations and education about the history of the wines and the winery. We got to sit in the outdoor patio and spent about 30 minutes there. I ended up getting a bottle of Pinot Gris & Portfolio, which is only available for purchase on site. The only draw back is there was no other merchandise or bistro on site.

I was recommended to go to Laughing Stock Vineyards for their amazing wine tasting. The beginning reservation process was great. However, when I tried to reach out for direction and parking information, the wait time had become longer and longer. I had to wait for days before receiving a call. Finally when I talked to them. The response was a constant "No, you can't do this" or "No, this won't work." I tried to throw different options and ask for their opinions, i felt like they were not interested in giving me any pointers. It was like "take it or leave it" attitude. On top of that, throughout all the communications, they didn't bring up any potential issues for cancellations. Just 2 business days before the tour, they called and cancelled our tour unexpectedly due to renovation. Normally it's not a big deal, but I would say the overall customer experience and the lack of organization is beyond disappointing.

The reservation ensures you can have a relaxed tasting, we sat outside on couches and admired the view while tasting some excellent wines!

We've been here half a dozen times and it's awesome every time. Make an appointment and you'll get a leisurely, in-depth tasting of a bunch of good wines.
