Awesome place to visit quite a few varieties of wine to try, and even bottling wine from the grapes grown on site

Delicious wines and small plates, friendly staff, great atmosphere and live music. Cute gift shop too!

Impressive new winery with great potential. The grounds are well maintained and the winery itself is architecturally appealing. However, the “experience” was exceptionally lackluster. A few observations to compare to your own: - only visible employee behind the register did not greet anyone in our party or others who arrived later. - requested 3-different tastings for our party and was surprised the employee (Andrea) knew very little about the wine, grape, flavor profile or even the history of their wines. She merely read the brief description on the same tasting sheet our wine glasses were seated upon during each new pour. - all of their existing wines are bottled in CA - requested to sample a port wine they had for sale before buying a bottle but was told they don’t offer samples which is rather unusual for a winery selling to the public. Thus, no purchase. None of wines sampled were of such quality to justify the asking price. It is for this very reason DRW needs to improve the customer experience so people may be more compelled to buy product based on their own unique positive interactions. Their wine doesn’t sell itself.

A group of friends and I visited for the first time yesterday. Has a fantastic time. We did 2 standard tastings, 2 premium tastings, and 1 Reserve Pinot Noir Vertical. Everything was very tasty, the gentlemen pouring our tastings was incredibly knowledgeable about the grapes, the wines, and the winemaking process. I particularly enjoyed the Syrah, the Wauna White, the Albarino, and the '14 Pinot Noir. Drumlin Ridge also gets a huge thank you from me for helping me set up a surprise proposal, she was very surprised, she said yes. We ended up buying a bottle of the Syrah, the Wauna White and we also got the '14 Pinot Noir Limited which they only made a few hundred bottles of to open on our wedding day. Thanks again. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful wine! Great tastings and property! Wish the staff would be a little more inviting, and explain the wines as you are doing a tasting.... we were left to read just off the tasting card in between wines and attempt to generate conversation about the winery with the staff member. Promote your winery, it's a gem! Looks like they have a great area for Fall/Winter with enclosed patio and heaters!
