I went to Banville & Jones for the very first time. We have a wine club that meets once a month and I am hosting wines from France. I was overwhelmed when I walked in and Matt asked me if he could help me. He was very knowledgeable in his wines and I walked out with 3 bottles of wines from France that I am excited to try. Banville & Jones is a remarkable wine store that has gadgets, assortment of chocolates, and cheeses that you will be thrilled that you had taken the time to stop in.

I have nothing but good things to say about banville. I've been there many times in the past and they have always been beyond friendly and helpful. I went there today with my 3 month old son and they brought me a cart to put his carseat in, then helped me find a gift for my brother and even carried the bottle of wine to the car for me since I was carrying the carseat. I highly recommend them not just for the wine they have in stock, but also for their expertise on their products and their customer service.

Horrible, just an awful abusive experience. I bought a bottle of wine for a friend's birthday and after placing it in my car, stepped out of it to answer a call on my phone. The manager of the store came out and told me I had to vacate the lot as it was for customers. I told her what I had bought, showed her my receipt, and told her I would be leaving shortly, but apparently that wasn't good enough, as she threatened to call the police if I didn't immediately vacate their empty parking lot. I won't be going back ever again, and I would suggest others not too if their management is so abusive. I almost wonder what their staff have to endure.

Every time I call there looking for something special they pull through. Wonderful staff and great service.
