Walked in, bar was full. Waited 10 minutes, bartender cleared some space finally. Walked up, offered to buy a $5 tasting (10 tastes and glass). We chose and was served our first taste. So far so good. At that point, another bartender came up to help the first, and an old lady came up to the counter and started talking to our first bartender. For 15 minutes we sat with empty glasses while everybody else at the bar was served multiple times by the second bartender and the first one was discussing and serving wines with the old lady. The second bartender made eye contact several times with us and just walked right past to help other people. So we left after the single taste. I was willing to pay and wanted to buy some wines to take home. Even the other patrons were looking at us and making gestures like "why aren't they helping you?" One patron even passed over some pretzels as he could see the irritation. Oh well, I'll go elsewhere. Was very unprofessional of the bartenders. The other people working there seemed really nice. Too bad they weren't serving. You get one chance to make a first impression, and the impression I got from this place was not worth trying again. I'm a nice guy, polite and gracious. Was very weird. Expected better. However, I find my experience mirrors many of the 1 star reviews of this place.

I love this place! The staff is always friendly and upbeat, and the wines are great😀 Okay, maybe not the dry wines (to me personally), but still! I tell all my friends about this place and haven't had one say one bad thing about TI Winery, you should really make the time to stop in, and whatever you do, make sure to go on a tour, they are fun and informative and well worth it! Autumn, Mary and Bill are awesome people, they do a great job and keep everyone smiling and laughing, also any crew members outside of the tasting room always have a smile and a greeting for you, I just can't say enough good things about this place. But, you don't have to take my word for it, stop in and give them a try, I would be very shocked if you didn't enjoy yourself 😉😀

And a good time was had by all.... Beautiful winery in the heart of the 1000 Islands. The bridge can be seen from the vineyard. It is lovely wedding venue. We recently attended the Grape Festival and had a fantastic time. Try a wine slushy.

Girls working were drunk. Employees were drinking at the tasting counter and talking with customers using foul language and talking about perverted acts. Very unprofessional and inappropriate. Oh, and by the way the wines were awful. The girl at the counter serving was even talking trash about the wines. Felt very unwelcome. Anyone who gives this place a good review must be just as unprofessional as the employees to enjoy your tasting. What a joke. Don't waste your time, you will be very disappointed. Go to the Clayton Distillery instead, very nice employees and very knowledgeable staff.

Extremely cheap wine tastings, but that doesn't take away from the quality of the wine. They also have beer flights from local breweries, as well as liquor tastings from a local distillery. My wife and I have gone here multiple times now and have never left less than satisfied, as well as with numerous bottles of wine. The staff is always kind and accommodating. If you are ever in the region, this place is a must.
