Best winery and brewery experience we had so far after two trips to the Finger Lakes as beginners in wine country. This place was like an amusement park, 4 locations in 1 and the passport deal to try 4-5 tastings at each location cannot be beat. The staff was friendly, varied levels of knowledge from beginner to experienced but that didn't matter to us, they poured with a smile and made the experience amazing. I loved the chairs outside and the bayou was super neat. We will definitely be back!

This was a less than awesome experience. They have all the pieces to be awesome but frankly the mindset of the staff sort of changed my experience. Someone pouring wine should have at least a minimal knowledge base of the products but in two out of three of the tastings I felt like we were just getting a bar tender not someone who knew the product. While I understand running an operation this big takes a lot of people the mindset all comes from the top. Food was delicious however so if you’re hungry get some eats!

K-Mart would be a better place to taste wine. If you are looking for good wines, presented in a relaxed and comfortable manner by someone who actually knows anything about the wines...pass this place by. Our tasting host knew nothing about any of the wines we tasted. When we asked about anything he would turn the tasting sheet toward himself so he could read the description. Turns out...we can read ourselves. He stood there with just looking out the window throughout the entire tasting. Must be an owner's son who could not find a job cutting grass. Worst winery in the Finger Lakes.

Such a fun experience for whole family, look forward to visiting again when we have more time. Excellent and knowledgable staff, tasty beer choices, amazing facility. Family did some gift shopping which included several cans of brews to bring with. Ran out time to sample wine options...

We came for a wine tasting. The staff treated us like they were too busy to take the time to serve and did not seem interested in helping us. Maybe it was because we were the youngest couple there and did not think we had money to spend? Not an excuse... The female staff members were rude to an obviously newer male staff member, who ended up helping us. He was polite, but not as knowledgeable about the product. I felt like we were being rushed out. We ended up purchasing a bottle and my significant other wanted a ginger beer. They charged us for a 4-pack when he only got one and the staff member was already gone, having received payment, and she didn't want to be bothered with us. Since our whole experience was poor, I didn't bother trying to get a refund and we continued our afternoon at more enjoyable establishments. We visited 8 wineries that day and this place is at the bottom of the list.
