Ross was great to deal with and very knowledgeable. Especially for first time wine makers like us. We got a red and a white, he asked us what we liked and helped us choose from his extensive product list. Making the wine was easy with his expertise. This is a cool business. If you want to dip your toe in self sufficiency or bulk up your wine celler at an affordable price you should give it a try. Highly recommend. Can't wait to try our wine and start a new batch. Thanks Ross!

Very knowledgeable, passionate and helpful! Had an excellent experience and learned a lot. Haven’t tried my wines yet, but I am so excited to become a long term customer :) Thanks for everything!

I grew up thinking that making your own wine was a very "senior" activity. Fast forward a few years to Grandma Mazel's hitting the scene and proving just how ignorant I was. Ross has such a passion for what he is doing and producing that as a customer you can't help but be filled with the same excitement and anticipation. The first time I met Ross was when we went in to order two kits (1 red and 1 white) and right away he made us feel like we were old friends and that feeling has carried through the entire process. I am so excited to get our wines and to start our next batch. I cannot recommend Ross enough - his customer service and knowledge is above and beyond and from novice to expert his business has something for eveyone. Thanks Ross!!

Ross is an energetic and eager to please entrepreneur. He is very knowledgeable about the multiple kinds of wines he offers. He assisted us in making our selections and we were more than pleased with the outcome of the choices made. His set up maybe small but the rewards are big if you purchase your wine from Ross. You get an amazing price and great tasting wine. You can't go wrong.

I’m absolutely blown away with the quality of our final products! Ross has set up an awesome business with the Cellar Academy, and has curated a gorgeous space that makes you feel like a “real” wine maker! We had a lot of fun along the way and I’m so pleased with the process of making our wine! I had a great experience with the first phase of if the “wine kit” process (selecting my kits, pitching yeast, and purchase) but I wanted to wait until I’d tested the products to do a review! Yesterday we finished the process (bottling, bringing the cases and cases and cases of wine home, and doing a tasting). We chose a mid-price Pinot Grigio and a “higher” price Riesling.. I typically spend $12-$24 per bottle at the liquor store so to have two wines, that I find very comparable to what’s available at the local NSLC, for aprox. $5 per bottle feels like a big win!!! I’m really looking forward to coming in again to try some reds, and I look forward to what’s ahead for Ross and the Cellar Academy! Whether you’re interested in self-sufficiency and cost savings, like to entertain, are looking to bulk up your wine cellar, or just want to try your hand at something new, I highly recommend a visit to Ross at the Cellar Academy!!!
