The experience at a Jug of Wine was the epitome of quality service. Howard was attentive, a good listener, and as charming as my favorite glass of wine. Can't wait to go back.

Yes. Howard is the best. I have tried 2 other wine making stores but none came close to Howard's cheery personality, customer service and product knowledge. The wine is also excellent. The convenient rear parking is a real bonus for busy Toronto.

Besides the fact that I'm bottling really great wine for a fraction of the cost of anything comparable at LCBO, dealing with Howard is a treat. I look forward to my visits and the great chats we have.

Service, product, establishment, and management are all exceptional. The owner, Howard, is one of the nicest people I've ever met with an incredible knack for conversation and remembering personal details. Going in to place an order is an errand that you can look forward to like going to see a friend. The wine is a fantastic deal and decidedly "drinkable." (I'm not being condescending here — "drinkable" is certainly a very good thing for wine to be. My taste in wine is not sophisticated, but I enjoy even the lowest end wines from the shop and have only had positive reviews from everyone with whom I have shared it.) The shop itself is nothing fancy, but it is orderly and cozy. The bottling process is simple, but streamlined. Even after several orders, I still don't mind the task. Again, I can't stress enough how delightful Howard is as a person. He's a pleasure to know and someone I'm happy to support. His assistant is also a particularly cool individual, even if I never can recall his name.

I totally had the same positive experience as the other people here! Adding that his prices - for service, material and even equipment- were the most reasonable I saw in town and on-line. And don't forget to ask him about store's complementary -behind the building- parking spots.
