Extremely disappointed that we chose this spot as one of our wineries on our day out to celebrate a very special birthday. The service was rude, snotty and incredibly pretentious. We visited a handful of wineries throughout our day, and not one of them compared to the horrible experience we had on this unfortunate stop at Thirty Bench. If you have zero personality, enjoy customer service as dry as soda crackers - this is the winery for you! If not - keep on driving down the wine route people!!!! Trust me!! - So many more compassionate fun wineries to visit! Cross this one off your list! (only reason I gave this a star is because you have to rate it in order to post your review! Otherwise I would've given ZERO)

The wife and I had a great experience here. Fiona was quite helpful and did a lot to attend to us given how busy and packed the place was. The winemaker reisling was amazing. We loved all their red wines. We skipped the picnic that was planned at the beach and had it right by their vineyard. As some other reviews have mentioned some of the wines are a bit pricey however since they don't produce a large scale like some other vineyards it is understandable. We will definitely return in the near future.

Canada Day 2018 was sizzling hot so the wine tasting here starting with the Riesling was perfect. The rosé and red were good too but the when you sip the Riesling you will find that this is where Thirty Bench really shines. Great staff and beautiful tasting room too with views of the vineyard.

Very beautiful tasting room and views. However, staff were not very attentive despite us being the only people there. They were not receptive to our wine preferences when selecting wines for us to taste. The employee poured our samples and walked away, with minimal interaction. Also, $15 for a wine tasting was the most expensive in the region. Nice photo opportunities outside, but we will probably not return.

Scenic view of vineyard and lake from tasting room, good wines (try the Steel and Wood Posts in succession!), and terrific service. I probably can't overstate how knowledgeable, kind, and easygoing our sommelier, Natalie, was.
