The wine Hayley purchased was full bodied wine, meant for storing and aging. The flavour is harsh when young, but improves dramatically with age. As her review was written within weeks of bottling, it would have been too young to judge fairly. I do not recall any discussion over the use of a coupon. These are coupons I print and distribute personally. I have no problem with customers using coupons I give them. I believe she must have confused the "due date" when the wine would first be available to be bottled, printed on the receipt, with an appointment to bottle the wine.

From Day 1 when my husband and I walked into Chateau Vezeau Wines we have been treated as special customers. Ray was able to answer questions we had, since this was our first time making wine with him and only our second time making wine. That was 10 years ago and every visit since has been highly satisfying, as is the wine that comes from his store. In the 10 years we have been making wine with Chateau Vezeau, we have never once been disappointed with the quality of the wine for both white and red wine. We have many friends and family members who have all had a chance to taste our wine and some have become customers themselves. The place is well kept, organized and very clean. We will continue to pride ourselves having the label of Chateau Vezeau Wines on our bottles and continue to refer people to his shop.

Love this place. Wonderful people and so professional and helpful!

Purchased two batches of both red and one batch of white wine, was rather unfortunate to discover it was the worst wine I have ever purchased. The first time I went I purchased my first batch with a coupon and I was made to feel I was doing a great disservice by using a coupon so I purchased a second batch even though the first batch was mediocre at best. The owner was impersonal, when I came on my scheduled night to pick up my wine he told me I had the wrong night even though I had the receipt he had written himself. He was also insulting other businesses in the community. Not impressed with the wine and the customer service needs work. Needless to say I'll be supporting other more friendly business owners.
