As usual the wine and the atmosphere were outstanding. However since they have brought in a company to cater their memorial day weekend event we will not be going to this event or the labor day event again unless they bring back their cooking of hamburgers and hotdogs. Even if it costs me a few bucks for it. The food sucked. Usually when we would go to these two events we stock up and buy several bottles or a case of wine but I will be doing that now when I can get the senior discount.

Always excellent service, the selections are fantastic, and the ambience of the store itself is lovely. When you walk in you can smell the different bouquets of the wines and it's just a great place all around. Very knowledgeable staff.

First let me start by saying that I don't normally write reviews, but after the events that transpired this past Labor day weekend I felt compelled to do so. I live just North of Pittsburgh, and the winery is about 75 miles away. My wife and I went there on Sunday to attend their end of season event. We LOVE their Deer Creek White. By the way all of their wine is excellent. Anyway, we purchased a mixed case, consisting of 5 bottles of the white and a mix of some of the rest. The place was very busy, and I never checked the box to make sure the order was correct. Drove home, and the next day when I opened the case, there was NO white. They mistakenly put in their other best seller Wilhelm Red, (which is also very good). I contacted them when they opened on Tues. to inform them of the error. Since We live so far away, I suggested that they just ship me the white with a return shipping label so I can return the red. Trish & Gary(owners) were both very apologetic, and actually had one of there employees DRIVE the wine to me. Absolutely unheard of today. They did so the very next day. To me this shows EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND WILHELM WINERY to any one who enjoys wine. Make the trip. It's worth it. We will be going back every chance we get. GREAT JOB!!!! and Thanks again, Matt

The blush wine is the way to go just right on the sweet scale.
