Have been going to Winexpert for at least 14 years. My husband and I appreciate the wonderful service and the lovely atmosphere! I feel like Nora and her family and employees are like our family. Keep up the good work. And thank you for great customer service.

Unfortunately would not recommend. I recently went in to bottle my wedding wine with my girlfriends , one of who had purchased the wine batches or me, when we purchase 6 weeks ago, we were only going to order 2 batches, however myself and the bridesmaid asked if we both were new customers could we buy 4 batches and we each get the new sets of bottles as per their policy (new customers get 2 free batches of bottles for free). The Lady and her daughter agreed. So My Brides Maid and myself did 2 separate transactions one under her name and one under my name. Paid separately. We discussed how after the wedding we would each take our free bottles back in and order some more wine for our selves, My bridesmaid's husband was with us and he had discussed with the owner some of the Red Wines she would recommend making for themselves. Upon arriving to bottle our wine 6 weeks later, we were greeted by 2 very nice young women who helped us start our first batch of bottling. We were half way done our first batch when all of a sudden we were approached by who I assume is the owner while we were bottling she was very aggressive and rude saying she would have never given us free bottles for our other batch as it was for the same event, even though it was bought by 2 separate people (Both of which were new customers) that it has cost her a lot of money to give us the other bottles, that her daughter would never have agreed to give us the the bottles, nor would she, i have never in my life felt so confronted and uncomfortable in my life, I was there to bottle my wedding wine, and had to turn away as I was almost in tears. I asked if she was going to charge us for the bottles and her response was "Im not taking anything from you- I want you to know how much money I am loosing and how generous of her it is to let us have the bottles". We sat their in silence and bottled our wine. Upon leaving the young woman helped roll one of the 2 carts out the door for me to put into my truck...the lady ran out the door telling her staff member "You don't need to help her, she had more than enough help" in a snotty voice and told her staff member to get back inside. No "Thank you for your business, ($500.00 worth, and someone who would have been a repeat customer) , come again, ....nothing...I would never have bought the extra two batches of wine, had I known I would be attacked like that in public over recycled bottles. I have never given a bad review in my life, and I will never shop their again, Nor will my family who have been customers for 9 years.

I have been bottling my wine at Winexpert Courtice for almost 10 years and I can say this is one of my favourite things to do! Not only is the experience so much fun, the staff is very knowledgable and extremely friendly. From picking a wine, to bottling, to tasting and then being able to enjoy it at home, I have not met a wine a haven’t loved and I always look forward to coming back! Thanks! Braidy Agnew

About 6 weeks ago I gifted my friend with the wine for her wedding. Herself, my husband and I went into winexpert as her mother is a long time client of theirs. We told them we wanted to do a white, a red & 2 fruit wines and they walked us through picking each kind. As their policy is 2 free batches of bottles per each new customer, they had me pay in 2 seperate transactions putting 2 batches under my name, and 2 under the brides name. Not a problem, we were assured. Tonight we gathered the girls for what we thought would be a fun night of bottling and tasting. One of the friendly staff assisted us at each station letting us know how the process worked. After about 3 minutes of fun and laughter, the owner (I'm guessing, she was the same one who checked us out at time of purchase) came over, and told us we were ripping her off $70 and that she didn't know our batches were for the same wedding. In shock, I told her we were honest from the beginning and weren't sure what the problem was. The bride offered to pay for the extra bottles and she said she didn't want anything from us and for us to know (rudely) how generous she was being as she would never have agreed to this. How she had worked there for over 10 years and we were taking "alot of money from her", and so on. As we stood there in shock we continued to wash our bottles and carry on in silence. I have never felt more uncomfortable in a place of business, as she pulled the staff in to the corner and talked about us right then and there. As we were leaving, one of the friendly staff helped us load our trolleys and started to push them out the door. The same woman who accused us of stealing chased her out the door and told her not to help us. As someone who had just spent nearly $500 on wine I felt extremely disrespected. My husband and I were planning on taking our bottles back to make batches of our own, but now we will take them somewhere else.
