Fascinating and fun place. They "musically mature," their spirits as well as use amethysts in the process. You can get inexpensive tastings or great cocktails, and everyone there is so friendly and well-informed. Also, great tunes.

The staff alone are a great reason to visit. Very nice + very informative. Great atmosphere, delicious slushies, and overall a must visit on your trip. I barely even like alcohol and still had a fun time with the staff and grabbing a slushie!! Yum!!!

The drinks are unique, flavorful, and smooth. The workers here are very nice and personable. Plus...the whole "musically crafted" thing puts a really unique and cool twist on the distillery and the drinks themselves! Cannot wait until I visit Alex Bay again, just so I can stop by Dark Island Spirits!
