We visited Sandbanks Winery on a less busy weekend in April so we had the winery to ourselves! The overall experience was great, the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They offer a $5 flight of 3 wines or a complimentary tasting with the purchase of 2 bottles. The prices are very reasonable and they have a good variety of price points to suit your budget. They also offer a small selection of cheese and snacks available for purchase if you want to take advantage of their outdoor picnic area. Great customer service, they overheard us deciding on a wine for my boyfriend’s parents and offered to gift wrap the bottle at no cost.

Loved this place! Reasonable price to sample and the outdoor gazebo is the place to do it on a sunny day... or sit in the muskoka chairs! So many good wines. I bought a few reds. Go to drake Devonshire for food after. Gorgeous little area on the water!

We had the full wine tour with John and actually learned something! We've been on wine tours all over the world and it was still worth the tour. The friendly service and time taken to connect with each customer made this a great stop on our tour! Would definitely visit again.

Loved our experience in the winery! Super friendly staff and so knowledgeable and very patient in answering all of our questions during the wine tasting. My only suggestion is to add the barrel and storage room visit to the wine tour as well. Thanks for the good day!
