Great place, I get all my supplies there. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Last week I pulled in just after closing time and was let in by the woman who was done work anf in her car already. And all I needed was a packet of yeast! That's what I call amazing service

I don’t normally post reviews, but the service I had at this place was so poor I felt inclined to say something. I went into the store wanting general advice and was brushed off, ignored and told to do research on my own. This store is unable to help/assist customers. *Edit - Response to Owner The pretentious, assuming tone in your response is exactly how you treat your customers - that you are above them and that they don't deserve your time. You truly did not speak to me for more than a minute before moving on. It is likely that you spent more time writing this response than you were willing to give me in person. Fortunately, I was able to find another brewing supply store in London (See my other reviews). Their approachable staff were able to assist me with my questions. In the span of 5 minutes, my questions were answered, and I became the "loyal, paying customer" that you speak of.

Awesome place for all your homebrewing needs. Has everything you need to start or continue brewing. Great service and help.

Visited for the first time. Store was smaller than I imagined it would be but was full of all kinds of useful stuff. I needed some bottling supplies and found that the prices were not much higher than bigger online stores. Friendly and helpful staff - will definitely be back!

Fantastic local supply shop. Makes great wine on site and all the supplies and hardware you need to do beer or wine at home. Helpful and friendly staff, well priced.
