Fantastic experience today at Richmond Winery, the Wellington location! (I have made wine at the Hyde Park location in the past, and the experience was excellent as well!) The staff are fun, easy going, able to answer questions, and very helpful. I booked 2 batches of wine today with Jake (a 4 week red and an 8 week red), and would definitely recommend this company for your next wine making adventure! Their prices are great, the facilities are clean and as mentioned, the staff are awesome! Cheers! See you in 4 weeks!

The gentleman making the wine wouldn’t allow us to be involved with the wine making at all. I know this is pretty much the norm now; however, I think if you request to do it, you should be allowed to instead of being told, “no, you don’t do anything aside from giving me your money” in response. The wine I was looking for was at their other store and they would not bring it in for me to look at the box and I found out later that the kit was over 2 years old. This rating is not based on their ability to make wine (as I didn’t end up making any there), rather just the customer service I experienced.

Jacob and the crew at Richmond Winery are fantastic. They take great pride in their work and we always have a great experience when we visit. The wine is fabulous and reasonably priced. We're looking forward to starting our next batch! Cheers!

Great place. Have made 15 or so batches over the past 3 years and all were great. Jake the manager was a pleasure to deal with, especially designing my wife's silly Labels!

Enjoyable Hour! My girlfriend and I just spent a very enjoyable hour together bottling our Pinot Grigio white. Richmond Winery (Wellington St.) has their act together, from chilled glasses to sample our brew, to professionally printed custom labels. Our one hour on a Friday afternoon yielded 30 bottles! Great interaction, music to bottle by, and plenty of laughs, we will be back!
