Bought a set of M1 speakers in Vancouver while there on business. Yesterday I opened the box, excited to set up. There was a “system error”. There is no phone support for B&W. I called the Canadian rep, Murray who in a monotone voice told me th speakers were discontinued and I would have to send in (at my expense) for repair!? A brand new out of the box set of speakers... 4-6 weeks for repair. No he would not send mle a replacement pair. He would not stand behind his brand at all. Just be forewarned there is NO support for B&W in Canada! Thankfully the Vancouver store is sending me a replacement pair and I have couriered mine to their shop. Still out $50 but atleast I am receiving a new pair-thankfully someone cares about the consumer because B&W surely does NOT!
