Extremely friendly service. We bottled my daughters wedding wine and I was impressed with the sincere service provided by Rob. If you want quality and great service then I strongly recommend Cas. You will not be disappointed. I purchased another batch on the way out, this stuff is great. Rob also sells awesome craft beers. This store is amazing.

This brewhouse is great! I had no idea what I was looking for when I came in and when I left, I had great wine for my event. Rob, the owner, knows his stuff. He's got 25 years of experience and a great sense of humor to help make the brewing process fun. The prices are on par with other places that offer this service and they have many more exclusive products to choose from that will give you the highest quality. The excellent service and quality of staff will keep me coming back again and again.

Very happy with the different types of beer & wines I have had brewed. Keeps me going back for more. Reasonable prices and knowlegeable, casual, friendly service.
