Impeccable customer service. Just what you need and what you would love to have in any shop you go. There was a young, slim, blond lady at the shop. Chapeau. She made me a customer. Didn't stop to buy anything but left with a bottle and will surely come back. Great prices btw and interesting labels!

Great selection of wine at very affordable prices. A great collection of red vintage wines too.

Sometimes I find their minimum 6 bottle purchase a bit irksome (especially when I once went in to buy a bottle of gin I needed in a hurry - and had no choice but to leave with 6). At other times though it's not so bad, and I was quite happy to get 6 bottles of Veuve Clicquot for £180 in their January sale - I think that was a pretty good deal.
