For years I had been using field grapes to make my wine. 44 cases a year, I was starting to get more wine than I needed and running out of space. This year I wanted to cut back to 33 cases. I went to see Carmella and she convinced me to purchase 33 cases of Pia grapes. They were more money, but better quality. I could not believe the yield of juice that I received from those grapes! I ended up with the same litres of wine with 33 cases of Pia as I normally yielded with 44 cases of field grapes. So the ironic part is that I didn't cut back at all. Next year I can buy less cases. Thanks Carmella
