What a great experience. I called around looking for a locksmith with a storefront. I had purchased a new front door handle but needed it keyed to my existing key. I didn’t need someone to come out to the house. They provided a great service while I waited. Kudos to Legacy Locksmith for helping me out. 👍🏻👍🏻

My son and I just visited Legacy Locksmith. I was extremely pleased with the service provided, the cleanliness of the office, and the friendliness of the Owner and Staff. They were able to cut and program keys and fobs for 2 vehicles and also programmed my sons keyless entry fob as a courtesy. We provided our own blanks, and they didn't bat an eye, and processed everything very smoothly. Owner came in on a Sunday for the service and definitely earned a loyal customer. This considering I was not even getting phone calls returned from competing locksmiths. Legacy will be getting all of my future referrals. Great work guys! Thank you.

Great service, great people. Honda dealer advised me to call next week to schedule a simple key duplication. Legacy made it on the spot! 5 stars

Edited to add: The owner of the company offered me a full refund *if I changed my review to 5 stars.* I had to have my truck unlocked back in May. The locksmith told me he was 20 mins away. I explained to him that we have trouble with the address and gave him detailed directions. 35 minutes later, he calls and tells me Google took him the wrong way. I told him turn around, follow my directions (which consisted of 1 right hand turn) and that he would see me at the end of the driveway (less than 5 minutes away) with a LARGE black and white dog so he could easily identify the driveway. 30 minutes later, he calls and is 20 minutes away again. When he FINALLY arrived, he was rude. They gave me a base price when I called of $15 for the call and starting at $35 for unlocking my truck. I figured it would be more. But he told me it would be $150. Wow. Had to have it done though, because by this time, I was going to be late for an appointment. He told me that I should pay with cash because otherwise he would have a copy of my debit card. He wanted me to pay with cash so badly, it was suspicious, so I refused and used a card. He told me to sign the paperwork and I asked if he was going to fill it out first. He assured me that he wasn't going to RIP me off and that he would fill it out after. Stupid me, I signed because I was in a rush and he went to his vehicle to fill it out. He would not get out of his vehicle to give me the copy of the receipt, which I later found out was because he wanted to hightail it before I realized that he had charged me more than I was quoted (by him). He charged me $160, which I realize is only $10 extra but it upset me. I called the company, told the girl what happened, and was hung up on. Called and got no answer 5 times before someone got on and told me there was no info available til the technician returned with the paperwork even though my card was already run for the charge. Called and asked for a manager and magically, the info was available. He offered me a $20 refund for my time and apologized, which I was happy with. However, it's now been almost 2 months and I still haven't gotten it. I have called on probably 5-10 different occasions (one being earlier today) and still haven't received anything except a text from them saying my refund was accepted, so we will see if it comes through. Despite that, even if it does, I am still upset. I also got a strange phone call asking for my bank acct info to issue the refund the week after the actual service and I asked to call the company phone because I wasn't comfortable giving that out to a random number. The person sounded like the technician. Sure enough, when I called the company, I was told they had all the info they needed. So the tech called to try to scam me again, it seems. At this point, I am so irritated and have wasted so much time on the phone, I don't care about the refund. I cared about the honesty and the customer service, which is clearly lacking. So now I am just warning other DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am a very understanding customer and have been polite with them all this time but I am now at the end of my rope. They are not a good company to do business with and I will be letting everyone I meet know what happened to me and to steer clear.

On Monday 7/16/18, my ignition was stuck. I called Legacy and they said they could take job. They showed up 3 hrs later and said it was the ignition switch and they replaced it for $200. On Friday, 7/21/18 I went out to run errands with husband. We got back to car and igntion switch was stuck and we couldn't go anywhere. We called them at 9:30am and explained what happened and they said they were going to call Technician to come out and fix it. The Tech called us at 10:30am and told us after he finished job he was on he would be coming to us. By me being more disabled then my husband they got me home and he stayed with car. Long story short my husband was outside in the heat, no food, air and no medicine until 5:15 pm waiting for Technician to show up. We calked them all day and they said someone was coming. Finally we called a tow company to pick the truck up and bring husband home. It cost $100 to tow my truck home. When he got home we called Legacy and they said tech was still coming to my house to fix car but no show. Both of our cell phones have been blocked from company receiving our calls. The last attempt to contact them was at 10:45pm. My husband and I were very frustrated by them ruining our entire day, my husband was not feeling well from being outside all day and us calling them all day, just a nightmare. On Saturday I called them on landline phone and the same woman answered, named Brittany. I asked how would she feel if someone left her disabled parents outside all day, lying about coming to help them? They was no remorse or sympathy at all. I had to call another company to fix my truck Saturday costing another $ 200. This is not acceptable I will be calling the BBB, 11 and Fox 5 news to report this. We are disabled and have limited income and for a company to take advantage us not right. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE AWFUL. And on top of the the other company said they didnt replace the ignition it was still the old one in truck.
