I would like to say thank you to Ricky and Mike for the great professional service they both provided. They came out and took care of me like I was family. And I couldn't beat the price or service. I will recommend them to anyone and will use them in the future. Great job guys!

I called yesterday and a guy answered the phone. I asked him for a quote to make a key. He told me the price and we I said ok and ended the phone call. Well, when I called back several times to let him know that I would like to go ahead and do service, he forwarded me to voicemail over 4 times. I left a message explaining that I would like to go ahead and have the service done but no one called me back. He had a rude tone when I spoke with him so I'm assuming he had had a bad morning but that is so unprofessional. I ended up using another locksmith and saved $50. First of all I have no reason to lie. Obviously it was you that I spoke with bc your reply was VERY rude. I noticed on every bad review you reply with an excuse or like the person isn't providing factual information. But here is a screenshot of my call log so that I can show you I have my facts straight!!

I have to say that I have dealt with my fair share of people coming out to help me with a dead battery or a flat tire a many of times but from start to finish with Discount Locksmith they were there fairly quickly, very courteous, kind and helpful through the entire process even though I was freaking out and losing my temper at times... Thanks again for your help. I recommend this company too everyone i know! They're genuinely nice and extremely patient folks. God Bless!

Horrible and unprofessional! I waited on someone for almost two hours. When i first spoke to the lady dispatcher she said it would be 45 minutes and i agreed that i wanted them to come. So i waited about 50 minutes and i called back to see if they were almost to me and they told me that they didn’t come because they weren’t sure i still wanted them to come. So she apologized and said someone would be there in 15 minutes at the max. I waited for about 30 more minutes and called back because i was late for work by this point. The lady dispatcher then caught an attitude and said they were almost there. I waited maybe 10 more minutes and called another locksmith and after getting someone else they called maybe 20 minutes after that asking do i still need them to come. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to them.

Jason B. responded to my call for emergency roadside assistance. He was professional and polite. He called to notify me that he was in route and his estimated arrival time. He took time to answer my questions and was kind enough to give me advice about my vehicle service needs. I would definitely use the service again if needed.
