Fast service. Left my keys in my car after lunch. Called A1 and they were at my car in 30 minutes, unlocked in another 3. Less than 35 minutes total. Tech was courteous and friendly. Hopefully I don't have to, but I would use again.

We came home early one morning after collecting family members from DFW to discover that the door fixture from the garage to our kitchen had literally fallen to pieces. I tried to remove it, thinking that this would be a simple replacement of one locking fixture with another. After a while, I could get the assembly partially done, but the main locking shaft would not budge. THAT is when I called A-1 Locksmith. They said that it was a busy day, but maybe they could fit me in between 10 a.m. and noon. About 11:15 a.m., they called to apologize that their locksmith was hung up with a job for 7-11 much longer than he had though. They promised that he would be there within 90 minutes, and he was there in an hour! Benjamin came in, asked if he could enter our house without shoe covers (THAT is considerate!) and then he looked at the garage door. He asked, "HOW OLD is this lock????" - - 1955. He said, "I've never seen one like this but I've heard of them." I turned my back, turn around, and he had the lock off. There was a tiny dimple on the shaft that only required the right tool, a push, and it would slide off. He rebored the door, replaced the lock with a modern black fixture, and he said anything else??? Heck, this was 15 minutes! I said, "sure, how about looking at our front door too." Same thing. In 30 minutes, he had replaced the front door bolt with the SAME KEY AS THE GARAGE DOOR!! THAT makes life simple. He then checked our patio door, gave a squirt of some locksmith "grease", and it works like new. ALL OF THIS WAS LESS THAN $150. These are terrific locksmiths!!! If you have a problem, BE SURE TO ASK FOR BENJAMIN. He is friendly, professional, and he will solve all of your problems.

Matt fixed my doorknob problem within minutes and I was able to get back in and back out of my garage again! I called A-1, talked with dispatch, they said someone would be out within a couple of hours - Matt showed up within 20 minutes! Very professional, courteous and friendly guy! Thank you, Matt and A-1!

Very professional, solved issues arising from an older home that would have had me saying bad words. Highly recommend to anyone needing their services.
