Service was prompt and on par, if not better than anyone I've used. Kurstin was great. Job well done... Would definitely recommend!

I just want to inform you your employee John I is phenomenal! I didn't think someone could care so much about doors. He is definitely has my respect. He truly cared about our customers being able to use our doors; in his words, "If your customers can't get in, that's a problem. You don't want people thinking you're closed just because they can't open the doors! That's money that couldn't even get through the door walking away." Mr. I made SURE the door would open in every situation. I know it sounds simple but I suppose it was how he carries himself. He treats his job with much respect. I didn't think there were people like him in the world. To say the least, he inspired me. I hope everybody has an opportunity to experience this gentleman.

Because of the rising crime rate, we (that is, my wife) decided to improve the security at our home. Flying Locksmith arrived at our house exactly on time (I'm a stickler about that), studied our house and presented a few different options. After discussing the pros and cons of each, we made a decision to purchase 2 electronic key pads and 16 cameras to cover the entire perimeter of our house. The installation was completed on time and the system is working exactly as they said (so far at least). Flying Locksmith has fulfilled every statement they made and we're very pleased.

Matt came out to our company office to talk with us about services that the Flying Locksmiths could help us with, in addition to making replacement keys and fixing basic lock issues. I showed him a lock that had been giving us trouble and his locksmiths handled it immediately. We appreciate the skill and service that we received from their company.
