I needed replacement keys for a file cabinet. They were friendly on the phone, and even nicer in person. Within five minutes, new keys were made, an employee checked to make sure they worked with the lock, and I was out the door. And the cost was VERY reasonable.

I was having a problem with my key and a very nice gentleman named Matthew came all the way out to where I was located to help. He couldn’t fix the problem there, so told me to come down to the store and he Reprogramed and recut my key for free. This guy really made my day!! I am glad that there are still people like him around. God bless him and This business.

Awesome! Amazing! Wonderful! Motorcycle key broke off inside of the gas cap, they fixed it in less than 10 minutes and were able to make copies.

I wanted program a backup key fob for my car, the dealer said the key fob I bought from Amazon wouldn't work and they were not willing to try. I went to Fradon Lock the next morning and they programed the key for me within 10 minutes. Very happy with my new key fob.

I didn't even know exactly what I needed so they guided me to the right lock. They were super friendly and the price seemed reasonable. They were great to deal with and I'd absolutely use them again or recommend them to a friend or family member.
