He arrived within time frame quoted, was professional and efficient. He answered all my questions, gave me tips and took care of all the "details". The company itself communicated with me continuously and in a timely fashion; letting me know when and who would be servicing my needs. The price was reasonable (much less than amount charged for the 2 minutes it takes to open a car door!) Yes. I would recommend this company.

I needed an electronic keypad installed and all of the locks on my house re-keyed. They were able to send someone out two days later and all the work was done in about an hour. It actually ended up being a little less than I was quoted at the shop, which was very reasonable to begin with. Great service, I feel much more secure :)

Tech arrived on time, was friendly and knew what he was doing. Also explained about our tricky lock and how to keep it functioning. He was able to take it apart and replace parts so we didn't have to buy a new one. Also gave us new keys. We have called the Lock Shop before and will use them again if we need a locksmith.

In this age of electronic business where one never knows what response to expect, Jeff, a kind and professional voice on my e- search handled my call and service. Even better, my tenant reported on his professionalism as well. That's a job well done.
