Great place, nice storefront and the lady was responsive and very quick at making my keys! Highly recommended, not sure why this place had a 3 star, but I’m giving them 5!

The lady who answered the phone was extremely rude. I will never call this place again or recommend them due to the way she talked to me. She acted like I was an inconvenience because I was calling and asking for help.

Great service and work. While I understand the few low reviews for "snippy" service, honestly, they are great people that do awesome, fast work at a VERY reasonable price. EVERY lock is different, so when you don't really know what you are asking them about, they can't give you a very good estimate over the phone. Just sayin'.

Absolutely terrible, lady on the phone and in person was rude and condescending like a real Ogre. She would not cut my keys because I bought them some were else. She wanted $40 for one car key that cost me $ 6 on eBay that I purchased from a lock shop on the other side of town. The key shop 2 miles away Copper State was more than glade to help and he is the owner working in his store. They sell all kinds of locks and safes. Dont waste your time at Bills key & lock shame on you. PS I'm also a small business owner and underside the complexities in running a business in this environment.

Absolutely terrible, lady on the phone was rude and condescending. Talked down to me after trying to explain my situation. Take your business elsewhere unless you want to be talked down to by some obnoxious woman.
