Had all of our locks installed by them! Always very quick to to send someone down when we need them. Sergio came down a couple of days ago and helped us with one of our locks in our office. He was very friendly was able to get our lock fixed quickly! Would definitely recommend this company!

Brought in a lock and they claim couldn’t get it apart and couldn’t fix. Took me about 5 min at home to get it apart and I fixed my own lock based on my knowledge of messing with locks over the years. Maybe I should be a locksmith! I’m surely better at it than these guys. They claim 55 years experience but I’m an IT guy with basic lock skills and was more knowledgeable. Lol.

I've had the worst experience coming here so far. The people who work here are either unhappy with their lives, their jobs or just both. The kid / guy who works here argue with customers and basically doesn't care about performing his 'job'. This is the perfect example of Minimum Pay means Minimum Work. I'll take my business somewhere else going forward.

Stopped in with our Ford Explorer to get a new key... The technician did everything possible to save us money..... This was our third encounter with AAA Lock, it won't be our last. Great service in our opinion.

They were able to cut a new key based on the type of key I needed and the key code. Fast and affordable, thank you for all of your help. They were very kind and knowledgeable. They are The place to go for all your key and lock needs. I recommend AAA Lock & Key.
