After several shops were called and not finding a common item Andy's had what I was looking for. Gentleman I spoke with was friendly and very helpful. 😉 Thanks!

I had a miserable experience with this locksmith. I was unable to get into my car, and I called them to come help. I was told it would take roughly 20 minutes for someone to arrive to get me into my vehicle, but when over 45 minutes passed, I was still standing in the cold waiting. I understand some discrepancy in the time quoted, but it was ridiculous of them to not even call. I promptly called the locksmith who was supposed to be on his way. Of course, I don’t know where he was coming from, but it seemed to me he wasn’t on his way when I talked to him by the way he impolitely responded when I asked if he had left to unlock my car. I know where the shop is, and it’s no more than 20 minutes from where I was. It was also very early in the morning, not exactly the busiest time of day. I was told by the locksmith that I needed to call the office to let them know I didn’t need help anymore. I did so immediately, and I was rudely told that I would still have to pay them, which was outrageous because they’d provided me with no service whatsoever. I refused, and they proceeded to call me 7 times in the next 45 minutes, harassing me from both the office number and the number of the technician. I will never use this company again. They have no integrity and atrocious customer service. Take your business elsewhere. I’m also posting this in case they come to kill me because the number of phone calls was unsettling. ;)

I've been using Andy for my safe, lock and door needs for 30 years. He is experienced, knowledgeable and personable. One of the best locksmiths in town.

Nasty ass customer service, took my business elsewhere. Whoever answered the phone sounds like a washed up, bitter lady.
