Disappointed with what this store has become. I used to live a couple blocks away from it about 4 yrs ago, & they always had the parts I needed. Moved back to Vail a couple months ago & have been to the store multiple times recently. Every time I have gone, they have been out of stock of items they should always have...plumbing parts, watch batteries, electrical connectors. Unacceptable for a hardware store to operate like this. I'll take the time to go to the Rita Ranch store from now on.

They treat their customers trying to return products bought at the store with a receipt like a criminal. Just don't attempt to return anything.

Friendly & helpful staff. Prices are a little high but worthwhile if you don't want to drive all the way into Tucson

The people who work here are wonderfully pleasant and helpful. At least one person can and will answer your questions about anything or they will call another store and ask 🙂

I went to get propane and the gentleman who helped me wasn't a gentleman at all. He came outside to fill the tank didn't greet not even a smile. Walked straight over to the propane to fill and didn't even take my little propane tank out of my car. So I had to take it to him. After he was done filling it he just closed it and I had to but it back in my trunk. Still hadn't said a word to me. Was thinking about complaining to the manager but he was a manager.. so there was no point. Thought that was very rude and very disappointed.
