Locked both sets of my keys in my car. Go me. Not sure i'd go with them if this ever happens again. Prices were not what were advertised on the website. Service call was $45 instead of the $19 that was advertised and the unlocking was $90 i guess they get by with that because the unlocking price on the website says $35+ But that's still pretty shady if you ask me. Maybe state the price a little closer to the actual price. Or if they have different prices for after dark(8-9pm) put them on the website so customers don't get sticker shock. Quick service, but was about $100 more than what I was expecting to pay. Not happy about that. It's pretty misleading.

Wow, happy to find you. I was desperate for new keys. Spent hours retracing steps. Contacted you, you told me what you needed, and were able to help. Although, at the last minute, I found the keys. I will save you for future use

DO NOT USE!! We hired them to re-key all of the doors to our new house in July of 2018. they showed up 5 hours late to the first appointment then finished half of the job, took our money and never completed the job. We scheduled 5 appointments over the last two months to finish the job and they never showed up nor did they call to cancel. Extremely disrespectful when it comes to other people’s time. They still have our house key to finish the job so we had to pay another locksmith to come and rekey everything we had them do. One incident they even called and said they were on their way and then never showed up. Way overpriced as well.

They are the best! I’ve had a couple of experiences with them since I recommend them to my neighbors and friends. They are all (especially Ben!) quick, courteous, and reasonable. Thank you, Ducky’s for the excellent service.
