Not the greatest experience. Although the guy was on time and friendly he was very shady and non direct regarding the pricing. Had to itemize each charge and go over it with him because I could not get a clear answer about the total price. The work done was good even though he put one lock on backwards to where the person inside needs a key to get out and the person outside could throw the bolt open. But mistakes can happen to all of us so no big deal. But the price thing was shady.

Called Brien in Blue Dolphin. Arrived quickly to my sisters residence in Simi Valley after calling him. He was very professional and courteous. Was able to open the door in a timely fashion. I'm glad he was able to fix my mistake of forgetting my keys inside. Will recommend

5 Stars all the way! Brien was super helpful with getting our locks rekeyed. Since i had a mix of Schlage and Kwiksets, vintage and new, Brien worked his magic! Brien even took the time to upgrade the internals on some of our entry doors which gave me piece of mind for safety and security. The pricing was very reasonable considering the amount of work involved. I would highly recommend giving Blue Dolphin a call.

Very reasonable and punctual, did a very good job. Highly recommended.

I had a pad lock that was pretty much useless because I was down to one key. Brien was able to make a duplicate key in a matter of minutes. I am more comfortable using my lock knowing I have a back-up key. Brien was very helpful and knowledgeable.
