The guy who works here is a total jerk. Told me I was “scuzzy” for trying to get a key copied through one of those kiosks. I didn’t come to your store to get yelled at. Avoid this place at all costs.

I was a big fan, but I recently ordered replacement car keys from the Internet, and they wouldn't program the key or cut it. I had called a week earlier and they said they would do it after me "badgering" them. They also said they had an extra key they could program and cut if mine wouldn't work. I showed up a week later and the clerk gave me some BS about not knowing the quality of the metal and they don't want to cut it because they were worried about messing up their cutter and they don't know if the programming would work - basically contradicted the person I talked to in the phone. Not wanting to have to look for another locksmith, I asked if he can sell me the blank they have, he checked the computer and said he can't even find my make and model car. There are other locksmiths in the area willing to solve your problem, and not just sell you stuff.

These guys stoked me out, replacing a broken piece on an 87 year lock with a new old stock part, no charge. Thank you! The 20 mile drive was more than worth it.

Great owners. Most staff are helpful. In 25 years I've only encountered only one condescending employee.
