We were very, very happy with this service. We had a very old lock that had not been manufactured for many years. We lost the key and had no spare key. The lock is a very specific shape and we weren't able to simply replace the entire mechanism with a newer version. We called countless other locksmiths who told us that the lock was too old and no key could be cut... And then we called Mr. Young He came out to us very quickly and was able to create 2 new keys for our lock! He was friendly, kind, helpful and very reasonably priced. Thanks again for your help when we were in a real bind.

Super nice, accommodating, very fast, and of high standards of Integrity. This guy went out of his way to meet me at his shop while out on a service call, and had arrived earlier than his claimed plan. Had the necessary key for the copy. VERY inexpensive, compared to the key copying kiosk in Rite-Aid, that claimed that it was a non-typical key and would require them to mail it to me ... for 5× the price that Young's charged me. In short, I am VERY happy with the service, would recommend them highly, and will never go to a kiosk for a key copy again.
