Very friendly, you get acknowledged as soon as you walk in the door and if you find that if your key doesn't work you can get a refund with no problem. The people are a lot better than those I deal with in places like LOWE'S, HOME DEPOT,etc.

I would give Metro Lock a full 5 stars except for the manager, Rick. He was very rude and dismissive. However, Matt was very helpful and respectful. Rick needs to take a class in customer service.

Very professional and friendly. I was in and out in 15mins. If they can't help you, they'll let you know who can. Great people.

I do not know about their work, but they are incredibly inconsiderate about parking!!! But I would not trust them to change my locks because: Just now one of their workers parked his truck in front of 2852 California St. taking up TWO parking spaces, not leaving enough space for another regular sized car to park in the space behind him. He had space in front of him to pull forward. Dark grey truck with Metro Locksmith logo. How would you ever trust someone to change your locks who, in a city like San Francisco with all its parking woes, cannot be considerate about parking and leaving his truck for the night? I've seen this company's vans in the same type of taking up two spaces situation, also. MOVE YOUR TRUCK TO FIT INTO ONE SPACE!!! Be parking considerate for a change.
