So unprofessional. So late arrival. They don't care how urgent you are. So so rude. Bad service. They said $45 for service, ended up charging us $145 for simple unlocking door. Crooks. No joke. Don't even call them. Please please don't go through what I have gone through.

My experience with this Locksmith company has been equally unprofessional and rude as you have read in the comments below. Originally, I was quoted 45 dollars and 15% service charge. A man came over, middle eastern from appearance, did not introduce himself and after taking one look at my lock, claimed it was a difficult lock. In order for him to open the lock, the new price was 150 dollars. I did not end paying him 150 dollars but I still was charged over double the original amount quoted. This company/organization is a complete scam and will be reported to the BBB. Please do not use this company at any cost. Lastly, trying to file a complaint with this company was difficult, I was not given a full name or contact of their manager and when asking about the locksmith man, the woman claimed that they do not have access or record to that information. SHADY.

Don’t use these people, they quoted me $60 and the guy that shows up isnt only rude, but wants to charge me $180 because he says he used “A different method” to open the door which costs more according to him. Not once while he was opening the door did he say it was going to cost more. Don’t trust these people.

My first mistake was to call them for help and my second was to not ask questions like if they take credit cards, but, seriously, who doesn't? The locksmith showed up 35 minutes after I spoke to the operator, which was kind of disappointing, but, remember, I didn't make sure to ask how long they would take, so I can't complain about that. When the locksmith arrived, he told me it was $44 for driving out and another $131 for unlocking the vehicle, I said fine because, again, I hadn't asked and, I made sure to say in plain English, that I was already late for work. Instead of hurrying or starting, he had to stop to explain to me that he was going to do things as quickly as possible because he understands that I'm short on time. When he was done, I went to give him my credit card to pay and he hits me with he can only take cash. And before I remembered that I did, in fact, have cash on me (I usually don't), he offered to follow me to an ATM for me to get cash which means he clearly didn't understand what I meant when I said that I was short on time. So, fortunately, I had cash on me, but of course, not the exact amount. He went to his car to get my change and comes back $7 short and asks me if it's okay to be shorted. Then he tries looking in his trunk and comes back with $5 more dollars and no original or even amended receipt to show that I paid $177 for a $175 job because even though they require payment in cash, they don't make sure to carry change.
