Their prices are very reasonable. They sell quality locks that you cant buy anywhere else except ebay etc cheaper. Their abus locks are cheaper then master locks, which are a joke in comparison. I have always found them all to be very helpful and nice

Only gave them a one star because no stars is not a choice. I called and , just like another reviewer, felt like I was bothering the woman making my appointment. Made an appointment for the next day at 8:00 AM. Waited until 9:30 AM, I had been calling since 8:00 AM then realized they open at 9:00, and then went to work. Finally got through at 9:30 and received the same "bothered" customer service. Was given another appointment after Raul "forgot to show up at our house", but would not discount our service for the inconvenience. WILLNOT USE THEM AGAIN.

This place is small and has friendly staff. They are quick with their work and have lots of display items that make you ask questions on how they work. Then they happily explained how the locks and digital locks/keys work. Will definitely come back for any lock/key needs!

Well qualified lock smiths. Slow service and expensive. The local Ace hardware does just as good much cheaper.

Customer service was poor. I felt like i was inconveniencing the guy. There are no prices on the items for sale (locks, etc), so you have to ask every time. Basic answer to my questions was "just get a new lock" because they couldn't make a key copy for my circular storage lock. Then i asked about opening a locked container and was told to throw it out and buy a new one.
