I just called these guys just to get an estimate on having my front security and front door locks rekeyed the same 4 locks same kind of key just keyed different. First off the ask for your address they say to better serve you and not that a technician is going to show up. They take your phone # so a technician can call you back to better serve your local needs. And where they try and get you at is their 29.00 service call, and it was like trying to pull teeth just to get an estimate over the phone he kept saying he couldn't do it over the phone he would have to come out and see the locks. After going back and forth with this guy and not going to pay a 29.00 service call for an estimate. I said I just wanted a ballpark figure on it that's all. So he finally tells me 39.00 per lock and up but he would still have to see the locks first. I told him that's nuts just forget it that I had gotten another estimate over the phone that was a little more on the service call but only 15.00 per lock. And I hung up but as I was texting this I couldn't believe it another technician called me back saying ok 39.00 per lock when do want us to show up I said no that's way too much that's why I hung up with the 1st guy. Then he asks ok then how much is your budget so I start telling him about my other estimate and this time he hangs up on me. Unf---ing real just in my own opinion stay away from these guys they're like the used car salesmen of the locksmithing business buyers beware if you don't know any better they'll try and squeeze every last penny they can out of you. So be smart and shop around.
