I really don't like posting bad reviews but I can't let this one pass. I called and got a quote of $120 plus a service fee for a used Altima key. Working at a car dealership, I thought that was quite reasonable. However, when the tech arrived late he told me that it would be $150 if I provided the fob or $200 if he provided the fob. He wouldn't use my fob since it had been programmed once before. I still thought $200 was within reasonable range but when he finished, I pulled the actual key out of the fob and it hadn't been cut! He said there would be an additional fee for that. Now, the best part. The final bill was $329 to program a fob! He didn't even cut the key!

Waited over an hour after being told they would be here in 20-30 min. Then I get a call and he’ll be here in 15. Nope 45 more minutes later. It’s fricken 1030pm. No traffic. Just tell me you’re getting a burger before you see us. Stop lying to us. Just being late makes this guy unprofessional.

I called office said I lived in a mobile home that the door frame and door had place for deadbolt but I needed someone to come out and install the dead bolt because we did not have the proper drills to make the circle in each door . I asked how much it cost they mentioned something around 35 dollars . Then a service call of 29 . i left for home depot to pick up 2 keyed door knob sets without dead bolt since I planned on them installing new dead bolts in two doors . We technician showed up both on phine he said i didn't need take back to store his English very bad on phone and in person he just didn't understand . i adked him thinking he was just going to replace new door knob not deadbolt which is safer he said dead bolt i said so I still want dead bolt . To my shock I had only dead bolt in both doors and he put it in place of door knob . OMG if that isn't aweful impractical i have to open window cutting my hand to shut door from inside. No set.just dead bolt i did get the charge of 29 for that plus 200 more i wish I could show a picture he took the metal out of hole it is bent now . i kept all the remains of this job . i would give no stars if could other probkem was they said someine would come in 15 at 330 he showed up closer to 5 pm . I had just got back from police my car missing my house keys I am a new Widow who is alone. Most of the time . It was getting dark . I was robbed . So afraid and then he says 229. It is a mess . He now wants ti charge me another 189 dollars minus 59 because i of him for dead bolt but isaw the remains of my knob lock forefront door he gutted the metal out bent . i feel like crying . what a mess.See understanding English is a necessity that should not cost the consumer . I had door knobs i bought i told him my friend was staying to put those in he ignored said i didn't need so i thought was he going to rekey but no he was throwing it out not real who can deal with a door you have to open the window to shut and how do you with dogs shut the door with only a hard to shut deadbolt i need to warn my friends at Roseville Auto Mall the BBB and Consumer Affairs .If he said 189 ea. For each door i would have said I can afford 1 door i would have changed the door knob my friends were here toi help me I would have put a chain lock on one or went and bought the drill to cut the hole . Any option but over 400 dollars after being robbed . A nightmare. I am going to have to report this nothing else I can do my deal is i am stuck with having to pay over 400 or leave as is what a hell of a mess.
